UPCYCLING
Recycling clothing simply doesn’t do enough to counteract the negative environmental impact of the fashion industry. Upcycling is the repurposing of existing textiles, and products to produce useful garments and accessories. This saves the resource expenditure of producing virgin textiles or processing recycled fibers. By design, Upcycling is the least environmentally impactful way of producing products and supports circular economy.
In 2019 Seth began it’s initiative Jersey Life - helping brands and sports clubs across North America and Europe convert branded old and unwanted inventory into masks, gym-bags and other useful products. From the success of this initiative, in 2021 Seth will be launching it’s own Upcycling line, Inheritage, producing new garments from deadstock fabrics and fashion industry waste.
